Believe it or not, you may think you know how to relax, but do you truly? I have found that I didn’t. I was listening to a relaxation tape one day that a friend had given me. She said that I needed to relax. What is she talking about? I know how to relax! So on goes the cd which is about 10 minutes long. Well in the room it sounded like Jerry Seinfeld, Elaine, Kramer, and George were all having a mock fest.
